Not only is this a great dynamic stretch for the hamstrings and glutes, it increases the range of motion in the hips. Start by stepping over a smaller hurdle, then squatting under a larger hurdle. It is as simple as that. I should also mention that you do not need hurdles for this drill, just a good imagination.
