Scissor Kick Over Hurdles Drill [VIDEO]

The Scissor Kick Over Hurdle drill requires you to stay very tall and is a great dynamic warm-up for the hamstring. Once again, this drill requires a lot of rhythm. Do not be discouraged if it feels awkward at first.

Start by going through the hurdles using your right leg first, then alternate. Lastly, keep the hurdles low to start and gradually increase the height over time.
