Race Day is Here!
The Runners Feed 10K is a 10-kilometer running road race that will start and finish at Masonville Place in London, Ontario. There will be live bands and cheerleaders along this flat and fast course which was designed to give you a personal best time!
To provide a quality road race for all ages and abilities that will generate funds to be given to The Sunshine Foundation.
To create an annual event that serves as a substantial fundraiser for The Sunshine Foundation while fostering an enthusiasm for the sport of running. The start/finish line as well as the course will resemble a festival type atmosphere with bands, cheerleaders, refreshments, massage, yoga, etc.
Race Day Schedule
National Anthem: 7:30am
Zumba Warm-Up: 7:35am
Kiddie Trot: 7:45am
10K Start: 8:00am
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. There will be no race day registration. The Runners Feed 10K is open to 2,000 registrants.

Runners must visit the Health & Fitness Expo to obtain their race-number and goodie-bag. Arrive early and stay late as the Health & Fitness Expo is the one stop shop for all your last minute race needs. The Health & Fitness Expo will also play host to several guest speakers! North London has never seen a Health & Fitness Expo quite like this. The expo is open to the public (free admission), and every registered runner MUST pick-up their race-number and goodie-bag at the Health & Fitness Expol. We are anticipating upwards of 2,000 runners. Without YOU, this race is not possible!!! CALL, TEXT, or FACEBOOK your friends & family. Volunteers are needed to assist with every aspect of the event, including set-up, medical, registration, the Fitness Festival, the Start Line, Finish Line, water stations along the course, and MUCH MORE.

• Race numbers are required to participate – no bandits!
• You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenge
• Baby-joggers, bikes, in-line skates, skateboards and dogs will not be allowed on the course.
Medical Professionals will be on-site. Please ensure that your health information and emergency contact are filled out correctly on the back of your race-number.
The Corporate Challenge will consist of 3 or more members from an organization to be scored in order of finishing place to determine London’s Fastest Company. The top 3 finishers from your organization will count toward your point total. For example, if your organization’s top 3 runners were 9th, 14th, and 50th, your total score would be ’73’. The organization with the lowest score will be named London’s Fastest Company.

1st — $1,000
2nd — $500
3rd — $250
The Top 3 in each of the following age groups will receive an award following the race.
