This is a brand new section of runnersfeed.com that we are over-the-moon excited about. For years now I have enjoyed reading about unique workouts, eating habits, and the quirky ways of individuals in the running community. It is our goal to create a home for all running blogs, not just the elite.
That being said, there are several professional runners who share detailed blogs with the world. We will continue to chase down the world’s best in hopes that they will provide our readers with a sneak peak into their daily toils.
As a coach I am consistently encouraging athletes to ‘keep a training log‘. Sharing your training log with the world via a running blog provides motivation to get out the door, a means for you to share your knowledge and experiences with others, and most importantly, you might learn a thing or two about yourself.
As an athlete I don’t particularly enjoy writing about my training, so I use my running blog to share my experiences and my view of the world as I run through it.
It is as simple as that. If you would like to share your blog, please make sure it is G-rated, then send us the link.
