We are less than one week away from the 1st annual Rock the Road 10k and online registration ends Friday at noon! Limited entries remain, so register now to avoid race weekend costs. Our team of directors is prepared to bring London it’s fastest and most decorated running event of all time, complete with a race weekend expo, race-day entertainment, and lots of prizes–including Runners Feed’s iPad raffle at the expo.
All registrants must pick up their race packets at the Two Men And A Tent Health & Fitness Expo. The expo is a great place for participants to learn from our featured speakers and visit some of London’s top health and fitness professionals. Booth occupants and featured speakers to be announced early this week.

Runners Feed LTD. has teamed up with Two Men And A Tent to bring you a Health & Fitness Expo featuring London’s top health & fitness professionals. If you are interested in improving your fitness, staying healthy and living well, this is an event you won’t want to miss. The expo will also be featuring guest speakers and live demos. Haven’t registered yet? Don’t fret, there will be a registration table on site and Runners Feed representatives will be present to answer any race day questions you may have.
Rock the Road 10K presented by RunnersFeed.com is a 10-kilometer running road race that will start and finish at Masonville Place in London, Ontario. There will be live bands and cheerleaders along this flat and fast course, which was designed to give runners a personal best time. Our Mission is to provide a quality road race for all ages and abilities that will generate funds to be given to The Sunshine Foundation. Our Vision is to create an annual event that serves as a substantial fundraiser for The Sunshine Foundation while fostering an enthusiasm for the sport of running. The start/finish line as well as the course will resemble a festival type atmosphere with bands, cheerleaders, refreshments, massage, yoga, etc.
