Upon joining The Runners Feed Run Group, you will receive our Athlete Questionnaire, which will enable us to assess different aspects of your running and personal life, such as your running philosophy, favorite workouts, goals, time commitment, etc. This comprehensive analysis will aid us in creating the ultimate program for YOU!
Our goal is to design a program for YOU that steadily develops you into a complete runner. Equipped with your questionnaire we will work backwards from your peak race taking into account all variables. You will NEVER have to wonder what the ideal workout is for a particular day.
