According to the London Free Press, a bald man sporting a moustache was spotted running naked by a woman just northeast of Woodstock, Ontario, Canada at approximately 5:00 am on Tuesday morning. Perhaps this man was inspired by the ‘Bikini Jogger‘ who has been spotted running around San Francisco in nothing but her bikini. This isn’t the first time the naked runner has been seen in the area, says Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police.
