Hurdle Step Overs Drill [VIDEO]

Hurdle Step Overs should be used to increase Hip Mobility before or after a workout. Stay Tall, Keep the foot dorsi-flexed and simply walk over the hurdle. Be mindful that the opposite hip does not drop in order to get the other leg over the hurdle.
