A couple years ago the Harvard Crimson released an article featuring a popular student drinking game whereby students watched Harry Potter movies and took sips, gulps or sometimes chugged the remainder of their alcoholic drink according to various reoccurring themes in their Harry Potter film of choice (ie. Hermione casting a spell or someone saying the popular phrase “He who shall not be named”).
Pinterest, Tumbler and Imgur users have put a healthy spin on this game and turned it into a workout. Instead of emptying your solo cup when Hermione casts a spell you will be required to do 10 jumping jacks! Check out the workout below to find out which common Harry Potter occurrence will have you doing lunges, moutain climbers and squats.
If you enjoy watching Harry Potter and need to get your butt off the couch, try this creative living-room style workout circuit.
