Dilly Dip

Dilly Dip

This cool and creamy yogurt dip can be whipped up in a flash, and contains a good source of calcium and protein. You can serve it with veggies, whole grain crackers, or pita bread. 

Prep: 5 minutes Ÿ Total: 2 hours and 5 minutes



cottage cheese
plain yogurt
fresh dill or dried dillweed
lemon juice
green onions or chives, chopped
1 cup
½ cup
2 Tbsp
1 tsp
2 Tbsp
250 mL
125 mL
30 mL
5 mL
30 mL



  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese with yogurt and process until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl; stir in onion, dill, and lemon juice.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled (optional).

Makes 8 servings (47g/serving)  Ÿ 1 serving = 4 Tbsp
