Brandon Laan and Guy Schultz are competitive runners and have more than 30 years of coaching experience between them. Therefore, they understand and appreciate what it takes to be at your best on race day. Our intention is to create an environment that combines education and fitness. While we understand that you may not possess the time that a professional athlete has, we know that you value your time just the same, and thus want to get the most out of the time you dedicate to your craft.
