Camille Herron has enjoyed her transition to running full-time after running a time of 2:38 in 2009.  Herron says that since she’s been able to train full-time she is able to devote more time to rest and recovery, which has allowed her to train harder and race better.  In her recent training cycle, Herron peaks at one of the highest weekly mileages of any olympic trials qualifier, and yet will toe the line in Houston healthy and ready to PR.  Read more to see how she does it.
